Banzai Burger Meatloaf

Okay it's pretty stinkin' simple (which is AWESOME for my crazy 'fred and I both going to school and working and having two kids' schedule!)
Ingredients:
1lb lean ground beef (I'm talking 96/4 lean)
Ciabotta bread cut in half is what I used tonight, I've also used the buns cut in half, which was great! You could use any bread that suits your fancy though, really.
1 Tablespoon Worsteshire sauce
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup of mayonaise
1/4 cup of teriyaki glaze (another 1/2 cup to use at the end)
1/2 pound of cheese
1/2 a can of crushed pineapple

mix all the ingredients together (except the bread)
I always do it with my hands, I believe it mixes better that way, but you can do it how you please!

Then just place the mix on the bread in a casserole dish.
This time I only did 3/4 of the mixture, and thought the small casserole dish would suffice, but it really didn't, it filled it up really quickly!

On top I threw some pineapple rings and finished it with the last 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce and threw it in the oven at 375 for about an hour.

Mine is baking right now, so I don't have a finished picture-- I will post one later though! I just wanted to get this up before the night got away from me!
There is another version of this recipe called BBQ Bacon Burger Meatloaf, that I plan to post on tomorrow, so check back to get another delish idea for dinner!
Thanks for reading!
And remember, recipes are just guidelines! Make it your own!
